Keebs Fitness Boot Camp is sensitive enough for the beginner, yet challenging enough for the conditioned athlete. The program combines techniques from the military, functional training, P-90X, CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, Super-Slow and many hand-crafted creations. It is basically impossible to not see and feel the results from the very first class and every day thereafter.
